Questions about pricing
What does "BYO Anthropic key" mean?
You bring your own Anthropic API key. Calibr stores it encrypted in Supabase Vault and uses it for every Claude call your org makes — CV scoring, the recruiter assistant, voice-script generation. Your Anthropic bill goes straight to you, not via Calibr. On the Free tier this is required; on Starter and above you can opt in to managed Anthropic (Calibr's key) for an extra fee.
What counts as a "voice call"?
Any successfully-initiated outbound call placed via Calibr — completed conversations and "no answer / voicemail / busy" outcomes both count (since they consume Vapi + Twilio resources). Calls that fail before dial (invalid number, DNC list match, daily cap reached) do not count.
What happens when I hit my CV or voice quota?
For v1: we hard-block at the quota — uploading the 1,001st CV on Starter shows a "Quota reached, upgrade to Growth" banner. Voice calls past the monthly cap return 402 to the dispatcher. Quotas reset at midnight UTC on the first of each month. Predictable, no surprise overage charges.
Do I need to commit annually?
No. Default billing is monthly. Annual prepay gets a 20% discount — message us if you want it on Starter or Growth. Enterprise is always custom.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you keep paid features for the period you already paid for.
