The problem
Your best candidate is buried in the stack. By the time you find them, they've taken another offer.
From CV upload to a ranked shortlist of 50 candidates
Measured by Calibr Measured against Calibr's default 3-concurrent scoring pipeline; varies with CV length and your Anthropic tier.
What makes Calibr different
Not another ATS. An agent.
Six capabilities that put Calibr in a category of one.
Capability 01
Multi-agent CV scoring
Five specialist agents evaluate every CV in parallel — technical, experience, education, soft skills, and additional factors. A Sonnet 4.6 synthesis pass produces strengths, gaps, and tailored interview questions. One specialist failure degrades only that component, never the whole CV.
- 5 parallel specialists per candidate
- Per-component fallback to a keyword scorer when an agent times out
- Synthesis preserves component scores — auditable, never rewritten
Capability 02
A recruiter assistant you can actually talk to
"Show me the top 5 with Procore experience." "Compare candidates 2 and 4 — what's the trade-off?" "Draft outreach to the top 3, friendly tone." The assistant knows your sessions, your candidates, and has 17 tools at its disposal — calendar, mail, sourcing queries, rubric tuning, and more.
- 17 tools — query, compare, schedule, draft, tune, source
- Per-session and cross-session chat surfaces
- Configurable autonomy: confirm each, notify after, or act silently
compare_candidatesCapability 03
Long-horizon agents that work while you sleep
Tell the assistant "send me a weekly shortlist for the BD job every Monday at 9 UTC." It creates a persistent agent task. Each Monday it surfaces the week's top scorers, drafts a digest into your mailbox, and pings your Slack channel. You wake up to a curated pipeline.
- Cron-scheduled tasks that survive across chat sessions
- Daily triage, team digests, outreach follow-up, and more
- Slack / Microsoft Teams delivery alongside email drafts
Capability 04
A rubric that learns from your rejections
Every time you reject a candidate Calibr ranked highly, the assistant records the signal. After 5+ rejections it can propose weight changes — "drop technical 5 points, lift industry alignment 5" — with rationale and a confidence score. Opt in to auto-apply the high-confidence proposals; the existing sessions auto-rescore.
- record_rejection_feedback captures every miss
- tune_rubric proposes weight deltas with confidence
- Optional auto-apply when confidence is high; audit-logged
Capability 05
AI voice screening — your shortlist gets called automatically
Calibr can dial every shortlisted candidate, run a structured screener (intro, role fit, salary, notice, deal-breakers), transcribe the call, extract structured data, and recommend proceed / borderline / reject — all before you've had your morning coffee. UAE phone numbers ship today; Indian + global rollouts in Q2.
- Vapi + Twilio under the hood — your numbers, your minutes, your control
- Sonnet 4.6 drafts the screening script from your job spec; you edit before dial
- Per-org daily cost ceiling + Do-Not-Call list + recording retention auto-purge
Capability 06
Cost controls your CFO will love
Three daily ceilings — assistant chat spend, scoring + parsing spend, voice call cost — capped per org and enforced *before* any Anthropic or Vapi request fires. Every dollar is logged per feature so the Usage tab shows exactly where Claude is being spent. Sonnet 4.6 prompt caching keeps typical per-CV scoring under $0.05.
- Daily caps on assistant, scoring, and voice spend — refused at the cap, not after
- Per-feature LLM cost breakdown so finance sees the bill, not a black box
- Prompt-caching + Haiku fallback keep per-CV scoring cost typically under $0.05
Plus 3 more capabilities: production evals, proactive nudges, cross-session memory.
How it works
From 1,000 CVs to a shortlist — and beyond.
Scoring is just the beginning. Calibr keeps working: a recruiter assistant you can chat with, calendar and email drafts the assistant prepares, and a daily triage that runs on its own.
- 01
Define the role
Paste a job description or let Claude extract requirements automatically. Tune scoring weights per role — technical, experience, education, soft skills, additional.
- 02
Upload CVs
Drag a folder, pick from SharePoint or OneDrive, or drop a zip. Calibr handles PDF, DOCX, and scanned files. Five specialist AI agents score each CV in parallel.
- 03
Review your shortlist — or chat with the assistant
Top matches surface first with full reasoning. Or open the assistant: "show me everyone with a PMP", "compare the top 3", "summarize this session". It knows your data and replies in plain English.
- 04
Schedule interviews + draft outreach from the chat
Connect your Outlook or Gmail once. The assistant creates calendar events with Teams/Meet links, saves email drafts to your Drafts folder, and adds notes to candidate records — all from the conversation. You review and click Send.
- 05
Wake up to a daily triage
Switch on Daily Triage in Settings → Automations. Each morning Calibr summarizes new high-scoring candidates across your active sessions and saves a digest as an email draft. You start the day knowing who's worth your attention.
- 06
Bring Calibr into your AI client
Mint a Calibr Personal Access Token in Settings → API Tokens, paste it into Claude Desktop or Cursor, and your screening data becomes a tool in any AI conversation. Ask Claude "what jobs are open at Calibr?" and it reads from your live pipeline.
- 07
Let Calibr phone-screen your shortlist (UAE first)
Switch on Voice Screening in Settings → Voice. Calibr drafts a screener script from your job spec, dials every shortlisted candidate, runs a 2-3 minute structured interview, captures expected salary + notice + language fit, and tags each candidate proceed / borderline / reject. Calls happen during business hours in the candidate's local timezone; recordings auto-purge after your retention window.
